Adopt Shih Tzu Siblings Luke and Leia

Adopt Shih Tzu Siblings Luke and Leia

Meet Luke and Leia, a bonded pair of 7-year-old Shih Tzus. These adorable siblings are not only beautiful but also have charming personalities that make them a joy to be around.

Their Social Nature

Luke and Leia get along well with other dogs. While Leia might occasionally chase cats and Luke might tolerate them, they haven’t had much contact with felines. Both of them enjoy car rides and can be left home alone during the day without any issues.

About Luke

Beautiful male Shih Tzu laying on a wooden table

Luke is an active male Shih Tzu who forms a strong bond with his favorite person, following them everywhere. He loves attention and can be protective of his family. Although he tends to be jealous of small babies, he is great with older children. Luke gets upset during storms and might cry, but he quickly calms down when cuddled.

About Leia

Leia, on the other hand, adores children. She is like a teddy bear who loves attention, cuddles, and tummy rubs. Leia has early signs of arthritis in her leg, so it’s best to limit her jumping to prevent injury, even though she isn’t on medication. Leia gets very excited and barks with happiness.

The Bonded Pair

Luke and Leia sleep in their own bed in the bedroom and must be adopted together. Their strong bond and affectionate nature make them an amazing pair of dogs to bring into your home.

Shih Tzu

The Shih Tzu is a cheerful and lively companion that brings joy to any household. They thrive on human interaction, whether snuggling on your lap or trotting alongside you on a park hike. Known for their friendly and affectionate nature, Shih Tzus are perfect family pets.

Despite their small size and big appetite for treats, it’s important to keep these adorable fluff balls fit with regular walks. While they may not make the best guard dogs (likely greeting a burglar with wagging tails), their charming personalities and playful spirits make them beloved members of the family.
