Adopt a Basset Hound, Chloé & Ginger 6 year old Basset sisters ~ bonded pair. Children just loves these two sisters – and they enjoy the attention from little kiddies. They do take some time to get use to other dogs, but once they have sniffed each other and have been introduced, they then just love to play.
Chloé
Chloé has a strong personality, so she is the Alpha of the two sisters. She enjoys “talking” to you, as you cuddle her and give her personal attention.
Both Hounds love to be tucked in their bed with a blanket at night, especially when it’s cold. Their electric blanket ensures they stay warm all night.
These two Basset’s are good watchdogs, and have scared off some intruders ~ they love their family and will protect them.
Ginger
Ginger, cannot survive without her big sister, and follows her everywhere. Food is her daily comfort. She loves belly rubs, so if you come close to her, she will roll over onto her back in anticipation of “belly pleasure”
Chloé & Ginger cuddle up real close to each other, and depend on each other for companionship during the day and cuddle up snuggly at night.
Although they are stubborn, and do not enjoy being trained, they are intelligent Bassets, that will bring any family with children, great love, affection and laughs.
