How does our small dog adoption process work?
There are four basic steps:
- Complete the adoption application form
- Home check and interview
- Adoption fee
- Adoption contract
How much is the adoption fee?
Our standard fees typically range between R600 to R1600.
Please note that adoption fees may be higher for special or high-demand breeds.
What does the adoption fee cover?
Our minimal adoption fee covers outreach costs and is intended as a donation toward the rescue work of Little Doggy breeds around South Africa. Our goal is to find the best homes for each dog in need, focusing on their individual needs. The adoption fee is therefore an important part of all adoptions.
