Meet Pinto and Milo, two much-loved boys from Edenvale, Gauteng, who are looking for new homes as their family prepares to emigrate.

Although they come from the same household, these two boys have very different personalities and needs.

Pinto is a lovable, calm and protective 9-year-old Jack Russell and Dachshund cross who is beginning to lose his eyesight.

Milo is a lively little 2-year-old Chihuahua who loves attention and would be best suited to a home without children.

Both boys deserve understanding families who can offer them the love, care and companionship they need.

His owner has noticed that his eyesight is beginning to deteriorate. This is an important consideration for his future family, as Pinto may need extra understanding, a predictable environment and appropriate veterinary care as his vision changes.

At just two years old, this little Chihuahua enjoys being the centre of attention and would love a family who has time to spend with him.

His owner has specifically mentioned that Milo is not good with children, so we are looking for a suitable adult-only home where he can feel comfortable and secure.

Milo is reported to get along excellently with other dogs, which is encouraging for a home with an existing canine companion, subject to suitable introductions.
