Meet Sophie, a vibrant 6-year-old canine enthusiast with a passion for hide and seek and endless ball games. Stay updated on her adventures, including her love for a 4km run, and discover how her responsive training in basic commands like sit, wait, lay down, and eat enhances her obedient and delightful nature.
Sophie is an indoors doggy, and loves to cuddle up on the bed with her humans. Sophie is fully housetrained and will patiently wait till her owners are awake in the morning to take her out. Sophie does well alone at home during the day, as long as she has her big cuddly cushion to lay on and a ball to play with.
Sophie has not really been introduced to cats, so not sure how she will respond to any felines nearby. She does get along with other dogs, however, she would prefer to be the only doggy, or have one new friend to play with. She does not like many dogs all at once, this frightens her.
Sophie adores children, engaging in lively games of catch with them. Her protective instincts shine through as she safeguards both children and women, creating a heartwarming sight during walks. Should she sense any potential danger, Sophie instinctively positions herself in front of her family, ensuring their safety until the threat has subsided.
She is not afraid of storms, but will go outside and bark at the thunder or any low flying aircraft.
